Peter J. Dykhuis

For more than two decades, Peter J. Dykhuis has operated at the intersection of organizational complexity and human possibility, believing that the most consequential transformation work is not measured in technology deployments but in the resilience it builds into the businesses and teams that depend on it. That conviction has guided a career defined by an unusual combination of strategic scope and operational precision, one where enterprise-scale change is delivered not despite complexity but through it.

At Xerox Corporation, where Peter spent the better part of his career, he held full profit and loss ownership over a $750M+ multi-regional technology services portfolio, progressing through successive leadership roles including Transition Executive and Acting Vice President. He built and led the organization's first offshore delivery capability, a move that drove a 30% reduction in labor costs while preserving service quality at scale, and he pioneered Xerox's entry into digital service offerings including Intelligent Document Processing, digital mailroom solutions, managed print services, and AI-enabled workflow automation, achieving more than 100% year-over-year growth in digital revenue. Across global accounts, he architected enterprise PMO governance frameworks that compressed time-to-revenue by 35% and expanded operating margins by 20%, leading organizations of up to 300 senior professionals with full HR accountability and matrix authority.

Peter brings to his next chapter a hands-on fluency with AI productivity tools, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Salesforce, grounded by Lean Six Sigma Green Belt discipline and a career-long orientation toward measurable outcomes over activity. He is energized by organizations navigating inflection points: those ready to move from legacy operating models toward modern, intelligent service delivery, and those who need a leader capable of holding both the strategic vision and the operational detail at the same time.

Beyond his professional life, Peter serves as Board Trustee and Chair of the Kent District Library in Kent County, Michigan, and as a member of its Pension Board. He has volunteered as a literacy tutor with the Literacy Center of West Michigan and as a youth boxing coach with Golden Gloves, commitments that reflect the same investment in people and community that has shaped his leadership from the beginning.
